Visit of Chief Researcher from RIKEN, Japan

Recently, Professor Da Sen Zheng from RIKEN, Japan, paid a visit to SWJTU. Professor Da Sen Zheng obtained his Ph.D for Precision Machinery from the University of Tokyo in 1991 and ever since 2001, he has been the chief researcher of RIKEN, Japan; he works as a professor of Saitama University, Japan as well. He is also the inventor of mirror grinding, member of CIRP, fellow of Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers, etc.

During his visit, he made a report on Nanoprecision Micro-mechanical Fabrication at the academician center. After the exchange meeting, the Professor carried out a talk with the related teachers as regard to the scientific research, academic exchange and co-cultivation programs. They discussed the programs in detail and exchanged their ideas and finally they reached an agreement on further cooperation.
