Information Science and Technology Professor Hou Jinfu Travels to Brazil

Information Science and Technology Professor Hou Jinfu traveled to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on June 17-19, 2010 to participate in the 17th International Conference on Systems, Signals, and Image Processing. There, he served as the meeting breakout president. The meeting, organized by the IEEE and other associations from more than 200 countries, is attended by world renowned scientists as a forum of exchange. Over the course of two days excellent papers were completed, many of which will be published in journals around the world.
