On June 27, the 2010 National Youth Judo Championships rounded off at South Campus Gymnasium of South China University of Technology (SCUT). This event was sponsored by the Weight-lifting, Wrestling and Judo Administrative Center, General Administration of Sport of China and organized by SCUT venue operation team of the 2010 Asian Games. This competition started from June 24 and lasted for 4 days.
47 teams and 376 players from provinces and cities nationwide, such as Guangdong, Beijing, The Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps etc. participated in this competition; among them there are 194 male players and 182 female players. The competition has four events, namely men's individual, men's team, women's individual and women's team, 64 medals and awards such as "Sportsmanship award" etc.
