Penn State Professor Francis T. S. Yu Visits NUC

On the morning of Oct. 27, Francis T. S. Yu, Professor in the Electrical Engineering Department at The Pennsylvania State University, pays a visit to NUC and gives a speech entitled Garden of White Light Signal Processing .

Dr. Zhang Jilong, NUC vice president, and over 200 teaching staff, researchers and students from relevant specialties attend the speech.
