SHANXI UNIVERSITY HOLDS ITS 19TH HUNDRED FLOWERS AWARD VARIETY SHOW ON DEC. 10

On the afternoon of December 10, Shanxi University (SXU) held its 19th Hundred Flowers Award Variety Show with the theme of Blessing Our Motherland . SXU leaders present were Qin Liangyu, Guo Guichun, Li Zhongren and Xing Long, along with leading cadres from various administrative offices and representatives of teachers and students from all departments.

The Variety Show opened with the rhythmic roll of festive drumbeats, greeted by cheers and applause from the audience. In total, 34 different acts were staged, involving various art forms such as solo singer, operatic pieces, instrumental music, dance, and comedy sketches. Overall, the show was colorful and fascinating especially the original acts which were the highlights of the show. These acts in particular reflected present-day college students lives, their studies and their ambitions. The show encapsulated and illustrated their youthful vitality and their sincerity in serving the motherland.
