3RD SHANXI UNIVERSITY CONGRESS OF CPC HELD CEREMONIOUSLY

After two months meticulous preparation, Shanxi University observed the grand opening of its 3rd congress of CPC on May 15 and the morning of May 16. All communists of the university cast their votes, and two hundred and forty-six representatives were chosen to attend the congress. The congress listened to and deliberated on the work report of Shanxi University s Committee of CPC and the work report of Disciplinary Inspection Commission of Shanxi University, discussed and finally adopted Advice of Shanxi University s Committee of CPC on Further Strengthening and Improving the Construction of the Party (Draft for Comment), and also elected members of the Third Committee of Shanxi University of CPC and members of Shanxi University s Disciplinary Inspection Commission.
