SXU Alumna and Counselor from Chinese Embassy in Armenia Xing Fangfang Gives a Lecture at the CIYSLU

On December 3, the Confucius Institute at Yerevan State Linguistic University (CIYSLU) after V. Brusov organized a lecture on Chinese culture. Ms. Xing Fangfang, a counselor from the Chinese Embassy in Armenia and also an alumna of Shanxi University (SXU), was invited to give a public lecture on A Summary of Chinese Culture . Among those present were teachers and students from the CIYSLU, students from other schools around the CIYSLU as well as some locals.

Xing s lecture offered an opportunity for the Armenian students to get a deeper understanding of Chinese history and culture, and it also enabled some Chinese diplomats based in Armenia and Chinese teachers working in CIYSLU to have a clear understanding of the local Armenian students love of Chinese culture and language. Undoubtedly, this will further boost our confidence and commitment to provide high-quality Chinese language teaching for Armenian students and to promote cultural exchanges and integration between China and Armenia.
