A grand signing ceremony for Overall Strategic Cooperation Agreement between Anshan Municipal Government and the 3rd China Metallurgical Construction Group Corporation (3MCC Group) was convened at International Convention Center of Anshan City on February 10, 2010. Secretary Zhang Jiehui of CPC Anshan Municipal Committee and heads of 3MCC Group were present at the event. Mayor Gu Chunli of Anshan Municipal Government delivered a speech at the ceremony.
The Mayor said, Anshan Municipal Government would offer essential support to 3MCC Group to establish itself into a national well-known steel-structure manufacturing company for steel-pipes and towers design for the wind turbine within a period of 2-3 years. In 2010, focus would be laid upon: (i) manufacturing base for towers of the wind turbine (with an annual output of 100,000 tons per annum); (ii) processing of welded tube and petroleum casing pipes; (iii) steel coating protection; (iv) production line of high-grade thick helical weld pipe; and (v) real estate development.
Zhao Guangli, Chairman & Party Secretary of 3MCC Group, and Sun Chunshan, Standing Member of CPC Anshan Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Anshan Municipal Government, jointly signed the agreement on behalf of respective parties.
