A US International Trade Commission (ITC) delegation headed by its General Counsel James M. Lyons toured Dongguan recently after a seminar with Chinese lawyers and foreign trade companies in Beijing.
The delegation visited Guangdong Shengyi Sci. Tech Co Ltd, which prevailed in an ITC Section 337 unfair competition case in 2008.
The trip was organized to help domestic companies better understand 337 procedures and to give the ITC more knowledge about Chinese companies, according to an official of Dongguan foreign trade and economic bureau.
