The President s Speech welcomed by Postgraduates

On the afternoon of September 14, 2010, University Presidents professor Zhang Xiangwei gave a speech named Postgraduate: How to learn and do research? for university postgraduates on the main campus. The report was warmly welcomed by the enthusiastic graduate students, with some keen students standing along the whole speech as there were so many audiences. University Vice President professor Zhang Yun hosted the report.
In the speech, President Zhang stressed that 3 essences are crucial in learning and research. One need have courage and a strong sense of competition to compete in the international arena. Commitment, creativity and team work are also important, said the President.
