On December 15, Vice President Professor Zhang Li met Doctor Ing. Rudolf Luechmann, Vice President of Anhalt University of Applied Sciences Germany and signed an agreement of academic exchanges on behalf of the University.
After the meeting, Doctor Ing. Rudolf Luechmann made a report entitled "German High Education and the Creative Pedagogy in Anhalt University of Applied Sciences".
