VP Zhang Chen Paid a Successful Visit to US Universities

From 18^th to 23^rd, VP Zhang, together with other three colleagues, visited University of Hartford in Connecticut and Columbus State University in Georgia.

In University of Hartford, VP Zhang met with Dr. Lynn Pasquerella, Provost of the university, Dr. Louis Manzione, Dean of College of Engineering, Technology and Architecture and other professors. On 20^th, the two parties signed Memorandum of Understanding between the Shandong Jiaotong University and the University of Hartford.

In Columbus State University, he met with Dr. Timothy Mescon, President of the university, and Dr. Hadley, Dean of College of Commerce, Dr. Summers, Dean of Department of Computer Science, Mr. Reese, Director of Recruitment Department and Ms. Susan Wirt, Dean of College of Continuing Education.

The visit laid a sound foundation for the forthcoming cooperation.
