Prof Liu Jianfeng Awarded French Knighthood Honor

Prof Liu Jianfeng, vice dean of the School of Life Science and Technology and director of the France-China Joint Laboratory was awarded the "Chevalier de l'Ordre des Palmes Academiques" Knighthood in the Order of Academic in Palms from the Consulate General of France at Wuhan. This prestigious award was conferred in recognition of his contributions to education and culture exchanges between China and France. The ceremony was held in Wuhan Bio-Lake.

The Order of Knighthood is the highest level of Order of Academic Palms conferred upon academics by the French government to encourage eminent contribution in the promotion of French education, culture and science by domestic and international academics and educators.
