Recently, the 25th national seminar on education of engineering graduates was held in our
school. With China University of Petroleum as the host, Xian Jiaotong University the
assistant, the seminar aimed at the reform of engineering graduates cultivation system,
the education of full-time graduate students the globalization of graduate education,
the establishment of security system to guarantee the cultivation quality of engineering
graduates and the training of innovative talents. Over 160 representatives from 70
institutions for graduate cultivation all around our country attended the seminar. 49
institutions of them just have Graduate School. Moreover, 93 theses were received at this
seminar.
