The ecologic valley of CUP state scientific park went into operation on September 27, 2008. The project would result in the foundation of an independent innovation base for ecologic industry technology, a showcase for ecologic construction concept and a demo park for ecologic environmental greening and beautification.
Located in the High-tech section of CUP state scientific park, the project workplace will find the construction of the State Research Institute of Sustainable Development in Yellow River Delta, the Sino-Australia Ecologic Scientific Park, the Preparative Community for Science Enterprises and so on. With the aim to be a first grade university scientific park and with the priority to R&D on key and common technology in ecologic industry, the project will rely on the advantage principles of CUP and other universities to assemble creative capability, integrate innovation resources, breed innovation carrier and lead industry development according to the mode of a good enterprise and a famous university could build up a R&D center and serve a leading industry by employing a high level expert or an innovation team . The project intends to attract 25 institutions including 15 provincial and above key laboratories of engineering research centers or enterprises, 2-3 state experimental stations and engineering research institutions, and 3-5 academician work stations. Moreover, there will be over 100 enterprises under incubation.
