The reform will fully involve the doctor s degree students enrolled in 2008 and Master s degree students in 2009. The university will increase funds by 12 million RMB every year on postgraduate education, which will result in a thorough exemption of tuition fee for all doctor s degree students and 75% Master s degree students. Moreover, the doctor s degree students will get an annual financial aid of 10,000.00 RMB per capita, while the Master s degree students get no less than 5,000.00RMB per capita.
