Construction of 211 Project for the Third Term of UPC Starts

Recently, China University of Petroleum(UPC) convened the seminar on the construction of 211 Project for the third term with concerning tasks of the construction of 211 Project for the third term distributed, which symbolises the official launching of the construction of 211 Project for the third term of UPC.

Meanwhile, the construction of public service system such as the stage for computer web information sharing and digital library utilization etc., will be put emphasis on.
