Representing Chinese college students, members of SDU table tennis team An Kexiao and Ma Yawei participated in the 26th Pan-Baltic Sea World University Games and obtained excellent results. An Kexiao won championship and Ma Yawei was the runner-up of men s singles and together they were the runner-up of men s doubles. An Kexiao and the Liu Ting won the championship of mixed doubles. More than 3000 athletes from about a hundred universities from fifteen countries participated in the games. The Chinese delegation consisted of its table tennis team and swim team. The arrival of the Chinese delegation has drawn attention of the local government and media. President Ilves welcomed the Chinese delegation after the opening ceremony. By Cui Xinyuan |
