From April 24th to 25th, the Fourth International Academic Seminar on East Asian Public Law was held in SDU, with the theme of Social Harmony and the Current Issues of Public Law . The seminar was attended by about 60 scholars from more than 30 universities including Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Sungkyunkwan University, Pusan National University, Renmin University of China, and Tsing Hua University. Discussions were carried out on the Significance of Social Harmony , Fundamental Rights and the Development of Constitutional Law , Public Administration and the Rule of Administrative Law , and International Comparison of the Protection of Peasants rights . This seminar was intended to be a communication platform for scholars in public law in the East Asian Area. This seminar was co-hosted by the Korean Association of Comparative Public Law, the China Institution of Constitutional Law, and the Law School of SDU. The seminar is an important form of cooperation among China, South Korea, and Japan in the field of public law. The last three seminars were held in China and South Korea. By Liang Lijuan |
