TU Signed Cooperative Agreements with the University of Hong Kong

On Feb. 26, 2008, Tianjin University and the University of Hong Kong signed the Agreement on Academic Exchange and Memorandum on Student Exchange. Based on the Agreement and Memo, the two universities will develop extensive collaboration in terms of student and faculty exchange, joint research, sharing of educational resources and so on.

Besides, no more than 5 undergraduate students from either university may be enrolled at the partner university within one academic year each year. The University of Hong Kong, founded in 1911, is the oldest tertiary institution in Hong Kong, and now a dynamic, comprehensive university of world-class standing.

With ten Faculties and numerous research centers, its reputation as a center of intellectual excellence is recognized around the world.
