On March 11, as the Arbor Day was approaching, Baosteel held Expo seeds charity fair in Baosteel Co.,Ltd.'s directly linked factory. 200 Baosteel employees brought the Expo seeds. The money gained from the charity fair will be donated to the Shanghai Qingcongquan children's intelligence training center, for rehabilitation training of autistic children.
On the Shanghai Expo last year, the British Pavilion's "seed collection" left a deep impression on the public mind. Not long ago, Baosteel gained some of these seeds from the Charted Institute of Builders and promised to sell these seeds for the public charity.
With "collecting seeds, sowing love" as the theme, a total of 268 Baosteel employees enrolled in the activity. By on-site lottery, 200 employees became the winners in the charity activity.
The organizers and Baosteel participants also planted tree after the charity fair.
