A grand ground-breaking ceremony was held at 8:30 on December 25 to mark the beginning of construction of the Wangfu Int l Business Plaza undertaken by MCC Jingtang s Beijing Tianrun Company. The President and General Manager of the company Liu Fuming, the Engineer-in-chief Chen Xuejun, the Marketing Manager Liu Jie and the leaders from the Beijing Urban Real Estate Development Group Co., Ltd. and the supervision company are all present at the ceremony. Liu addressed the attendees at the ceremony. He said the project is the second of a kind constructed by Tianrun, and the company has attached great importance to the project.
The Wangfu Int l Business Plaza is at the Wangfujing Commercial Street in central Beijing. The company has selected a highly competent team to build the project, aiming to guarantee the smooth construction of this project. The company will make strict control on the quality and safety and complete this project safely, rapidly and with high quality. Efforts shall be made so that this project can win the prize of safe and civilized building site of Beijing and the Structural Great Wall Cup .
The Project covers an area of 3684 square meters and will have a floor area of 38000 square meters. It is located at the northwestern corner of the intersection of Wangfujing Street and Donganmen Street, the busiest point in the downtown. Upon completion, this project will become another landmark in the Wangfujing Commercial Street.
