The 2010 Enterprises Forum, jointly organized by the Organization Department of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee and Tsinghua University, was held in Changsha Conference Center on Dec.28.
500 odd personnel from relevant functional departments and managers of many large and medium-size enterprises took part in the forum.
Li Tao, associate professor and postdoc of the Economics Research Institute of Tsinghua University, was a pioneer in domestic China to put forward the theory on the development and breakthroughs of enterprises. He served as executive and consultant for renowned domestic enterprises and coached many others. After giving an in-depth analysis of the current situation and the challenges ahead, he emphasized that it is imperative for entrepreneurs to equip with a sense of innovative strategic thinking.
The organization department vows to pool efforts in strengthening cooperation with prestigious universities alike, setting up platforms to improve the qualities of executives thus to better enhance their capability. These endeavors are aimed to endow Changsha executives with top domestic courses saving the troubles of travelling, and improve their decision-making and executive capabilities.
