In October 2010, the University and Intel Corporation establish Intel-GDUT Joint Lab of Embedded Technology . The unveiling ceremony is held in XiamenUniversity. While supporting the Lab with advanced technology, Intel Corporation donates Intel ATOM N615 and ATOM Z510 for the University s teaching of embedded technology.
