Shandong Jiaotong University Delegation, headed by VP Zhang Zubin, returned on June 5th, after their 9-day visit to Institute F.L.E.Marne La Vallee, France, Fontys University of Applied Sciences and Saxion Unviversity of Applied Sciences, Holland and Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences, Germany.
During VP Zhang s stay in Saxion University of Applied Science, he met with Peter Van Dam, Dean of School of Life Science, Engineering & Design, and Hans Van Der Velden, Director of International Affairs. He also signed the BILATERAL CO-OPERATION AGREEMTN with Drs. J. W. Boomkamp, President of the Executive Board during the welcome banquet.
When visiting Bremerhaven University of Applied Science (BUAC), the delegation met with Dr. Josef Stockemer, President of BUAC, Dr. Maximilian Feldmeier, VP, Dr. Thomas Heinrich Max Wieske, Director of the Institute for Logistics Law & Risk Management, and Dr. Carsten Michael Dorn, Dean of the Technical and Logistics Faculty. The two sides discussed further on the cooperation between the two universities.
The visit promoted the relationship between SDJTU and universities in Holland and Germany.
