Canada has issued a travel advisory for Korean North-Western Islands.
This comes in light of the escalating uneasy situation since November 23, when North Korea used artillery against the island of Yeonpyeong. The Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada has issued the advisory against all travel to the North-Western Islands, including Yeonpyeong-do, Daecheong-do and Baengnyeong-do, according to a report in eTravel Blackboard.
