Suvarnabhumi Airport in Thailand has officially opened its airport link and is offering check-in services as well. Passengers can now check in at the Makkasan Station Airport Link.
Supoj Saplom, permanent secretary, transport, was quoted in eTravel Blackboard as having said that the service is now fully operational. As of date, only three airlines are currently using the train check-in services, namely, Thai Airways International (THAI), Bangkok Airways, and Lufthansa.
The City Line (30 minutes one-way) and the Express Line (15 minutes one-way) are the two lines that run on the new Airport Link.
