Prof. Ling-Ai Luo Invited as Guest-Professor of DICP

Prof. Ling-Ai Luo was invited as Guest-Professor of DICP during her academic visit to the institute on 14th October. The appointment ceremony was presided over by Prof. YUAN Quan, Member of CAS. A Certificate of Appointment was presented to Prof. Luo by Prof. ZHANG Tao, Director of DICP.

Prof. Luo is at present Professor of the Polytech Savoie, University of Savoie, France. She is also Director of Laboratory for Optimisation of the Conception and Engineering for Environment, as well as person-in-charge of several research projects of French National Institute of Solar Energy(INES) and National Center for Scientific Research(CNRS) France.

She has carried out multi-aspect collaboration with DICP scientists for nearly 10 years in the field of chemical engineering, especially in investigations of process intensification and optimization of microchannel systems. Moreover, she was initiator of the French side and person-in-charge of the China-France Joint Laboratory of Sustainable Energies.
