The Steel Structure Company of Shanghai Baoye Construction Corp., Ltd. (SBC-MCC) recently won the bid for the steel structure works of the world s largest Ferris wheel in Beijing. Being oversized in terms of structural height, diameter length and axle size, the wheel is deemed to be largest one in the world.
This is the first time for the Steel Structure Company of SBC-MCC to undertake project of public recreation facility, and as well, is the first achievement made in the market of the north of China in this year, following with the projects of Shenyang Exhibition Center and West Railway Station of Ji nan along Beijing-Shanghai Express Railway.
The contracting of this project also marks an initial progress in exploration in the regional market.
