On January 12, a 7-member delegation from the Faculty of Agriculture at Kagawa University in Japan paid a visit to the School of Food Science and Technology at Jiangnan University. Leaders of the School of Food Science and Technology held discussions with the visiting guests on such professional topics as frozen food safety and food flavor, and exchanged views on joint cultivation of talents.
The visiting guests told the host that they are very much willing to enroll postgraduates from Jiangnan University majoring in frozen food safety and supported by scholarship from Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan.
