On June 28, distinguished Japanese Prof. Kenji Yoshida visited our university and gave a lecture entitled Dot Coding and 3D Image Technology to the faculty and students of Internet of Things Institute.
Prof. Kenji Yoshida, majored in Marine Construction, graduated from Nihon University Graduate School of Science and Engineering. In 1994, he established the world's largest CG College: DIGITAL HOLLYWOOD. Mr. Yoshida invented Dot Coding and Naked-Eye 3D Image Technology, which made him honored as "the Father of 3D" in Japan. His originality of Naked-Eye 3D Image Technology by adopting optical parallax enables people to experience personally on the scene. He also self-developed 3D video production and player for 3D, and won a number of technical patents.
