More and more Indian tourists are now flying to Paris, as shown in the latest data released by the Paris Convention & Visitors Bureau.
According to the data provided by the Paris Convention & Visitors Bureau, Indians take the tenth spot in the list of tourists visiting the capital. In 2010, 230,000 lakh Indians, mostly first-time travellers, visited Paris, as reported in eTurbo News. Americans still top the list with over 1.2-million tourists visiting Paris each year.
Paul Roll, managing director, Paris Convention & Visitors Bureau, predicted that nearly 800,000 Indians would travel to Paris by the year 2020.
