Cheng Shijie and Wu Qinghua Elevated to IEEE Fellow

IEEE recently released the names of the newly elevated fellows. Among them are HUST professor Cheng Shijie, member of Chinese Academy of Sciences and HUST alumnus Wu Qinghua Henry Wu .
