On the afternoon of October 17, 2009, International Higher Education Alliance of Mining, Energy and Environment is established in CUMT. 11 world-renowned universities of higher education in mining, energy and environment sign the Declaration of International Higher Education Alliance of Mining, Energy and Environment. The members of the Alliance reach the cooperative consensus and the objectives and mandate are put forward in the Declaration.
