A delegation from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" headed by Dr. Ivan Ilchev, Rector of Sofia University, visited our university on May 11. Chen Jun, President of Nanjing University, met with the Bulgarian guests and signed a cooperation agreement with Dr. Ivan Ilchev.
As a historian, Dr. Ilchev delivered a speech to the faculty members and students of our Department of History, and also visited our National Key Laboratory Researching into Microstructure of Solids, State Key Laboratory of Medicine and Biotechnology, Institute for International Students and Johns Hopkins University-Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies.
