At 16:00 on October 18, 2009, the opening ceremony of Sino-Australian Institute is held on Nanhu Campus, in which President Ge Shirong, and the leaders from eight famous universities in Australia participate. President Ge expresses his sincere gratitude for the gracious presence of friends from Australia. He also introduces the University and its development in international cooperation. Iran O Connor, President of Griffith University delivers a speech in which, he expresses his full confidence in the co-operation.
