TUT Leaders Were Present at the Lecture by Professor Zheng Qiang from

On the morning of March 14, 2011, hosted by the personnel division, Qingze Forum was held in Tongze Assembly Hall on Huyu Campus of TUT. Professor Zheng Qiang, deputy party secretary of ZhejiangUniversity, supervisor of PhD candidates, and Favorite Teacher of Students in ZhejiangUniversity, gave a lecture upon request on the topic of Reflection on the Modern Higher Education in China . Party Secretary Yao Zhilou, President Zhang Wendong, Discipline Inspection Commission Secretary Wang Xiuzhen, Vice President Hao Jiangong, Vice President Xv Bingshe, Vice president Lv Ming, Vice President Li Jinping and about 1,000 TUT teachers and students attended the lecture. Before the lecture, President Zhang Wendong conferred the letter of Visiting Professor to Professor Zheng.

All the seats were occupied in the Assembly Hall, and the 2-hour lecture was responded with constant enthusiastic applause. The audience all said that their senses of historical responsibility and mission have been further strengthened after the lecture which had succeeded in enlightening people to ponder the future construction and development of TUT.
