China is set to launch its first capsule hotel in Shanghai. The hotel will comprise 98 cabinet-sized rooms, kitted out with a clock, wi-fi internet, a power point, lights and a television.
The first such hotel was opened in Japan and the rooms for the Shanghai hotel too will be delivered from Japan, as reported in eTravel Blackboard.
The hotel will accommodate men only, and is scheduled to open over the Lunar New Year.
