SINOTRANS Signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Logistics with SINOCHEM

On April 18, SINOTRANS signed a strategic cooperation agreement on logistics with SINOCHEM in Beijing. The agreement aims at integrating both parties resources to improve their service quality and efficiency and strengthen their market position and overall competitiveness through integrated global cooperation on logistics business.

Pan Deyuan, Vice President of SINOTRANS, and Chen Guogang, Vice President of SINOCHEM signed the agreement. Tao Suyun, Vice President of SINOTRANS, and Wang Yinping, Vice President of SINOCHEM made speeches on the signing ceremony. Ouyang Pu, Vice President of SINOTRANS Limited and officials from the headquarters, SINOTRANS Limited and SINOTRANS Shandong Co., Ltd. attended the ceremony.

Mr. Tao and Mr. Wang both pointed out in their speeches that the two sides have maintained a good cooperation in business over the years and the agreement marked the bilateral cooperation entering a new stage of strategic development. Both sides will grasp the opportunity and join hands to achieve win-win results.

According to the agreement, SINOTRANS and SINOCHEM will form a strategic partnership and promote business cooperation between their subordinates through resource allocation and management innovation. SINOTRANS will provide logistics service for SINOCHEM to control its inventory property risk, improve its logistic efficiency and reduce its operation cost. Under the same circumstances, SINOTRANS and its subordinates will be the preferred choice in the logistics service for SINOCHEM and its subordinates. The logistics outsourcing is mainly involved in warehousing, forwarder, shipping, air freight, NVOCC, railway transport, auto transport, multimodal logistics, etc.
